SHIPPING/RETURNS
1. Order Confirmation
By accessing this Website, and upon confirmation of your purchase, an agreement is entered into between you and us.
2. Pre-order Items
Unless specified as otherwise, all Products purchased on this Website are pre-order items that, at the time of your purchase, have not yet been produced. You acknowledge that it may take between two (2) – four (4) weeks to custom make and process your order (not including shipping time). Upon completion of your Product, we shall dispatch your order and provide you with that order’s tracking number via email.
3. Shipping times and costs
You acknowledge that the delivery days referred to above are estimates and we are not responsible for any delay in delivery.
Import tax and duties: the purchase of a Product may be subject to additional tax and duties, and you acknowledge that you are responsible for any such additional fees.
4. Delivery
We are not responsible or liable for any incorrect deliveries due to input errors. If there is a failure to deliver the Product to your specified delivery address after we have made reasonable efforts to do so, we may cancel your purchase and you shall not be refunded.
“Delivery” will be deemed to have occurred when your order arrives at the address you provided. Upon Delivery, you shall be solely responsible for your Order and the associated Product. Ownership over the Product of your Order will only pass to you once we have received payment in full, regardless of whether the Order has been delivered.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
If you cancel an order after we have commenced preparation of work required to custom make and process your order, you will not be entitled to a refund for any amounts incurred by us that relate to your order. If you request to modify an order after we have commenced preparation of the work, you may be charged further costs.
6. Returns
A refund for a Product is only accepted if the Product has a major defect or a defect that cannot be remedied.
Return acceptance email: If you receive a Product that has a defect, you must email info@rubepedder.com within seven (7) days of your receipt of the Product with confirmation of your order and photos of the alleged defect in the Product. Our support team may then direct you to return the Product.
Return items will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival to determine whether a defect exists and to ensure they have not been worn, used or otherwise altered. If we conclude that no defect exists, you shall not be entitled to a refund and shall be solely responsible for any shipping costs that will be incurred to send your Product back to you. If a defect exists, we shall repair the Product. If the Product cannot be repaired, we shall notify you and you shall be entitled to a refund.
You acknowledge that the products are haute couture and that each product is unique. You further acknowledge that defects do not include, amongst other things:
i. Tears
ii. Pulls
iii. Delicate fabric snags
iv. Any fitting-related issue, except as outlined below
v. A defect resulting from a failure to follow the care instructions
If, upon delivery, the Product was not made to the specifications you providedi n your order, we shall use reasonable endeavours to fix the Product so that it is made to your specification at no further cost to you. If, after attempting to fix the Product to your specifications, the Product is still not to the specifications you provided in your order, you shall be entitled to a refund.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Products may be damaged if the care instructions are not followed. It is your responsibility to care for the Products.
Products may lose colours upon washing. Following the care instructions attached to the Product may avoid loss of colour or see page of colour onto other parts of the Product. Care for the Product is the customer's responsibility. See Care instructions here rubypedder.com/care-instructions.
